多孔金屬酞菁聚合物的合成及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】:金屬酞菁是一類具有18個π電子的平面共軛大環(huán)分子,由于其在可見光區(qū)域具有強烈的吸收,被認定為是最有潛力的可見光催化劑,然而金屬酞菁在水溶液中容易相互締結(jié)形成二聚體,使其催化活性明顯降低,限制了其在可見光催化領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。隨著多孔有機材料的迅猛發(fā)展,越來越多的多功能材料被合成出來并成功應(yīng)用于相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。結(jié)合金屬酞菁結(jié)構(gòu)的多功能特性,我們制備了一種基于金屬酞菁骨架的多孔有機材料,該材料同時擁有金屬酞菁性質(zhì)和多孔有機材料的優(yōu)點。本文首先通過固相法合成四硝基金屬酞菁(MPc(NO_2)_4(M=Co,Cu)),其次將MPc(NO_2)_4(M=Co,Cu)還原得到四氨基金屬酞菁(MPc(NH_2)_4(M=Co,Cu)),最后將MPc(NH_2)_4(M=Co,Cu)與對苯二甲醛通過脫水縮合反應(yīng)合成金屬酞菁基共軛微孔聚合物(MPc-CMPs(M=Co,Cu))。其結(jié)構(gòu)通過紅外光譜、紫外-可見吸收光譜、X射線衍射光譜等得到表征。以有機染料羅丹明B(RhB)為目標降解物,過氧化氫為氧化劑,MPc-CMPs(M=Co,Cu)為可見光催化劑,考察了MPc-CMPs(M=Co,Cu)的可見光催化性能;并經(jīng)過二次重復(fù)使用,探究了其循環(huán)使用性能。實驗結(jié)果表明:MPc-CMPs(M=Co,Cu)具有很好的可見光催化性能;并且可重復(fù)使用。
[Abstract]:Metal phthalocyanines are a class of planar conjugated macrocyclic molecules with 18 蟺 electrons. Because of their strong absorption in the visible region, metal phthalocyanines are considered as the most promising visible light catalysts. However, metal phthalocyanines are easily formed into dimers in aqueous solution, which reduces their catalytic activity and limits their development in the field of visible light catalysis. With the rapid development of porous organic materials, more and more multifunctional materials have been synthesized and successfully applied in related fields. A porous organic material based on metal phthalocyanine framework was prepared based on the multifunctional properties of metal phthalocyanine structure. The material has the advantages of both metal phthalocyanine properties and porous organic materials. In this paper, tetranitro metal phthalocyanine (MPc (NO_2) _ 4 (),) _ 4 (MPc (NO_2) _ 4 (MPc (NH_2) _ 4 was synthesized by solid state reaction. Finally, MPc (NH_2) _ 4 (MGCO _ (Cu) was synthesized by dehydration condensation of MPc (NH_2) _ 4 with p-phenylaldehydes to synthesize the conjugated metal phthalocyanine). Polymer (MPc-CMPs (Muco CoCu). Its structure was characterized by IR, UV-Vis absorption spectra and X-ray diffraction spectra. The visible light catalytic properties of organic dye Rhodamine B (RhB), hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, and MPc-CMPs (MPc-CMPs) as visible light catalyst were investigated, and the recycling performance of MPc-CMPs was studied after secondary reuse. The experimental results show that MPc-CMPs (Mucco Cu) has good visible light catalytic performance and can be reused.
