保留指數(shù)定性結(jié)合PCA分析不同產(chǎn)地依蘭依蘭油的差異

【摘要】:為比較不同產(chǎn)地依蘭依蘭油成分差異,采用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法(GC/MS)對馬來西亞、中國廣東、云南三個產(chǎn)地的依蘭油進行揮發(fā)性成分分析,并通過質(zhì)譜庫檢索,結(jié)合保留指數(shù)驗證,從三種依蘭依蘭油中依次鑒定出83、61和34種揮發(fā)性成分,分別占總峰面積的89.28%、92.41%和95.74%,三種依蘭依蘭油的揮發(fā)性成分在數(shù)量及含量上有一定的差異。結(jié)合主成分分析(PCA)對三個產(chǎn)地依蘭依蘭油中致香物質(zhì)的差異進行了分析,結(jié)果顯示造成馬來西亞依蘭依蘭油差異的主要成分為苯甲醇、水楊酸芐酯、α-蛇麻烯、(E,E)-α-金合歡烯、δ-杜松烯等,造成云南依蘭依蘭油差異的主要成分為(E)-異丁香酚乙酸酯、乙酸肉桂酯、(E,E)-金合歡醇乙酸酯、芳樟醇、對甲酚甲醚、乙酸香葉酯等,造成廣東依蘭依蘭油差異的主要成分為(Z,E)-金合歡醇、β-石竹烯等。該研究為依蘭依蘭油的合理開發(fā)利用提供初步實驗依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the composition differences of Yilan oil from different habitats, the volatile components of Yilan oil from Malaysia, Guangdong and Yunnan were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). From the three kinds of Yilan oil, 83O61 and 34 volatile components were identified in turn, accounting for 89.28% and 95.74% of the total peak area, respectively. The volatile components of the three kinds of Yilan oil were different in quantity and content. The difference of aromatic substances in Yilan oil from three producing areas was analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA). The results showed that benzyl alcohol was the main component causing the difference in Yilan oil from Malaysia. Benzyl salicylate, 偽 -ophiphene, (Elaucene)-偽 -asparagene, 未 -dusonene and so on. The main components causing the difference of Yilan oil in Yunnan are (E) isoeugenol acetate, cinnamyl acetate, (Ele) -acacinol acetate, linalool, p-cresol methyl ether, vanillin acetate, etc. The main components that caused the difference of Yilan oil in Guangdong province were (Zhe E)-acacinol, 尾-caryophyllene and so on. This study provides a preliminary experimental basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of Yilan oil.
