基于表面增強拉曼光譜測量尿液樣本中血小板衍生生長因子-BB

【摘要】:通過測量不同低濃度血小板衍生生長因子-BB(PDGF-BB)水溶液的表面增強拉曼光譜(SERS),可以檢測到質(zhì)量分數(shù)低至10-8的PDGF-BB水溶液在拉曼頻移為1509cm-1處的拉曼特征峰。通過檢測行皮冠狀動脈介入治療術(PCI)患者(動脈粥樣硬化程度較高)術前尿液樣本與未行PCI患者(動脈粥樣硬化程度較低)尿液樣本SERS,并結合PDGF-BB的1509cm-1處拉曼特征峰可以發(fā)現(xiàn),行PCI患者尿液樣本的SERS中可以檢測到PDGF-BB的拉曼特征峰,即PDGF-BB在尿液中的濃度與動脈粥樣硬化程度相關。結果表明,SERS技術可以檢測到極低濃度PDGF-BB水溶液的拉曼特征峰,尿液的SERS可以成為判斷冠心病患者是否需要進行PCI的重要依據(jù),因此SERS技術有望成為一種無損檢測與篩查冠心病的臨床診斷工具。
[Abstract]:Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS),) of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-BB) aqueous solution with different concentrations can be used to detect the Raman characteristic of PDGF-BB aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 10 ~ (-8) to 1509cm-1. Urine samples from patients with (PCI) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (with high degree of atherosclerosis) and urine samples from patients without PCI (with lower degree of atherosclerosis) were detected by detecting the Raman characteristic peaks of 1509cm-1 in combination with PDGF-BB. Raman characteristic peaks of PDGF-BB can be detected in SERS of urine samples of patients with PCI, that is, the concentration of PDGF-BB in urine is correlated with the degree of atherosclerosis. The results showed that the Raman characteristic peaks of very low concentration PDGF-BB aqueous solution could be detected by SERS technique, and SERS in urine could be an important basis for judging the need for PCI in patients with coronary heart disease. Therefore, SERS technique is expected to be a clinical diagnostic tool for nondestructive detection and screening of coronary heart disease.
