煅燒溫度和模板劑含量對(duì)介孔氧化鋯微球結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響

【摘要】:以F127和十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)為模板劑,采用溶膠凝膠法制備介孔氧化鋯微球。研究了煅燒溫度和模板劑含量對(duì)介孔微球結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)制得微球尺寸均一,直徑900μm左右。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)樣品的比表面積隨煅燒溫度的升高而減小,而平均孔徑則隨煅燒溫度的升高呈變大趨勢(shì)。低溫煅燒后樣品為純的四方相氧化鋯,600℃煅燒后的樣品中開始出現(xiàn)單斜相。相同煅燒溫度下,模板劑添加量多的樣品比表面積和孔體積要大。模板劑添加量對(duì)樣品的物相結(jié)構(gòu)沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Mesoporous zirconia microspheres were prepared by sol-gel method using F127 and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as templates. The effects of calcination temperature and template content on the structure and properties of mesoporous microspheres were studied. The microspheres are uniform in size and about 900 渭 m in diameter. It is found that the specific surface area decreases with the increase of calcination temperature, while the average pore size increases with the increase of calcination temperature. The samples calcined at low temperature were pure tetragonal zirconia, and monoclinic phase appeared in the samples calcined at 600 鈩,
