中心切割二維液相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法分析煙草農(nóng)殘研究

【摘要】:開發(fā)了中心切割二維液相色譜/串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用分析煙草多種農(nóng)藥殘留的技術(shù)。該方法采用二維液相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜,第一維體積排阻色譜與第二維反相液相色譜通過定量環(huán)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)移。第一維的體積排阻色譜分離去除大分子物質(zhì),目標(biāo)餾分經(jīng)分流后切割至六通閥上的定量環(huán)。目標(biāo)物收集完成時通過閥轉(zhuǎn)動第二維流動相將目標(biāo)物帶入第二維反相液相色譜進(jìn)一步分離。運(yùn)用質(zhì)譜的多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測模式(multi reaction monitoring,MRM)對74種農(nóng)殘進(jìn)行定性定量分析,檢測結(jié)果與一維LC-MS/MS方法較為一致,農(nóng)藥回收率72%~136%,定量限0.022~0.152 mg/kg。研究開發(fā)的中心切割多維液相色譜/串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用測定煙草農(nóng)殘方法可由儀器自動運(yùn)行,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠,適合于大量煙草樣品多組分農(nóng)殘的自動分析檢測。
[Abstract]:A two-dimensional central cutting liquid chromatography / tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of pesticide residues in tobacco. In this method, two dimensional liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, the first one dimensional volume exclusion chromatography and the second reverse phase liquid chromatography were used to transfer through quantitative ring. The first one dimensional volume exclusion chromatography is used to separate and remove macromolecular matter, and the target fraction is cut to the quantitative ring on the six way valve after being separated. When the object collection is completed, the object is further separated by the valve rotation of the second mobile phase into the second reversed phase liquid chromatography. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 74 agricultural residues was carried out by using (multi reaction monitoring,MRM, a multi-reaction monitoring model based on mass spectrometry. The results were consistent with the one-dimensional LC-MS/MS method. The recovery rate of pesticides was 72% 136, and the quantitative limit was 0.022 mg/kg. 0.152 mg/kg.. The developed multi-dimensional liquid chromatography / tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of tobacco residues can be operated automatically by the instrument, and the results are accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the automatic analysis and detection of multi-component agricultural residues in a large number of tobacco samples.
