基于單層二硫化鎢-多壁碳納米管電化學(xué)傳感器的構(gòu)建及其對獼猴桃中多菌靈的檢測研究

【摘要】:以二硫化鎢(WS2)和氨基功能化多壁碳納米管(f MWCNTs)為原料,通過滴涂法制備二硫化鎢-碳納米管/玻碳電極(WS2-f MWCNTs/GCE)復(fù)合傳感器,對獼猴桃中多菌靈(MBC)的超高靈敏檢測。采用電化學(xué)循環(huán)伏安法(CV)對電極進(jìn)行表征,并采用CV考察MBC在不同電極上的電化學(xué)氧化還原行為,建立差分脈沖法(DPV)傳感檢測MBC的新方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明多菌靈在1.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-5)mol/L濃度呈現(xiàn)良好的線性關(guān)系,檢測限為(LOD)為1.1×10~(-8)mol/L(S/N=3),定量限為3.7×10-8mol/L(S/N=10)。在對實(shí)際樣品獼猴桃檢測時,添加不同濃度多菌靈的加標(biāo)回收率為89.0%~102%。此方法對實(shí)際樣品獼猴桃中多菌靈檢測具有良好的重現(xiàn)性和超高靈敏度。
[Abstract]:Tungsten disulfide (WS2) and amino-functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (f MWCNTs) were used as raw materials to prepare tungsten disulfide / carbon nanotube / glassy carbon electrode (WS2-f MWCNTs/GCE) composite sensor by drip coating method to detect carbendazim (MBC) in kiwifruit. Electrochemical cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to characterize the electrode and CV was used to investigate the electrochemical redox behavior of MBC on different electrodes. A new method for detecting MBC by differential pulse (DPV) sensing was established. The results showed that carbendazim showed a good linear relationship between 1.0 脳 10 ~ (-7) ~ 1.0 脳 10 ~ (-5) mol/L, the detection limit was 1.1 脳 10 ~ (-8) mol/L (S/N=3) and the quantitative limit was 3.7 脳 10-8mol/L (S/N=10). In the detection of kiwifruit samples, the recovery rate of adding different concentrations of carbendazim was 89. 0 and 102. This method has good reproducibility and high sensitivity for the detection of carbendazim in kiwifruit.
