基于螺旋槳型、T型和線型剛棒的剛?cè)崆抖蔚途畚锏暮铣杉白越M裝性質(zhì)的研究

【摘要】:在本體和溶液中,兩親性的鋼棒-線團(tuán)分子具有很強(qiáng)的能力自組裝成各種各樣的超分子聚集體。本文中,我們合成了一系列以三苯胺和三聯(lián)苯為鋼棒中心,聚環(huán)氧乙烷(PEO)為柔性線團(tuán)的鋼棒-線團(tuán)分子。利用核磁共振(1HNMR)和飛行質(zhì)譜(MALDI-TOF-MS)對(duì)所合成的目標(biāo)分子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。此外,我們通過差示掃描量熱法(DSC)、X-ray散射實(shí)驗(yàn)(XRD)、圓二色譜(CD)、場發(fā)射透射電子顯微鏡測試(TEM)以及原子力顯微鏡(AFM)對(duì)這些目標(biāo)分子在本體以及溶液中的自組裝行為進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,以三苯胺為核心的具有不同長度(PEO)鏈的螺旋槳型兩親性分子A1,A2,A3,A4在本體狀態(tài)中均自組裝成傾斜柱狀結(jié)構(gòu)。而在水溶液中A2,A3,A4首先自組裝成納米環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。然而有趣的是,經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間后,該系列分子自組裝形貌發(fā)生改變。分別自組裝成納米球、納米纖維結(jié)構(gòu)。分子A1自組裝成膠束結(jié)構(gòu),最終形成納米片狀結(jié)構(gòu),A2自組裝成長的納米帶狀結(jié)構(gòu),A3自組裝成納米片狀結(jié)構(gòu),A4自組裝形成穩(wěn)定的螺旋交錯(cuò)纏繞的納米纖維結(jié)構(gòu)。通過CD以及AFM、TEM實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)分子A3,A4自組裝形成的組裝體具有一定的螺旋性質(zhì)。而合成的基于三聯(lián)苯基的一系列同分異構(gòu)體B1,B2,B3,B4在本體狀態(tài)下組裝有很大差異。B3分子為液體,而B1分子常溫下為層狀結(jié)構(gòu),B2,B4在本體狀態(tài)中均自組裝成傾斜柱狀結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In bulk and solution, amphiphilic steel bar-coil molecules have a strong ability to self-assemble into various supramolecular aggregates. In this paper, we have synthesized a series of rod-coil molecules with trianiline and triphenyl as the center of the steel rod and poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO) as the flexible coils. The target molecular structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) and flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). In addition, the self-assembly behavior of these target molecules in bulk and in solution has been studied by means of (XRD), circular dichroism (CD), field emission transmission electron microscope (TEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM) by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) (DSC), X-ray scattering experiment. The results show that the propeller-type amphiphilic molecule A _ (1) A _ (2) A _ (3) A _ (4) with different lengths of (PEO) chain at the core of trianiline is self-assembled into a tilted columnar structure in the bulk state. In aqueous solution, A _ (2) A _ (3) A _ (4) was first self-assembled into a nano-ring structure. Interestingly, however, the self-assembly morphology of the series changed over time. The structure of nanospheres and nanofibers were formed by self-assembly. Molecular A1 self-assembled into micelle structure, finally formed nanoflake structure, A2 self-assembled nano-band structure, A3 self-assembled into nano-flake structure, A4 self-assembly formed stable spiral interlaced filament structure. By means of CD and AFM,TEM experiments, it was found that the assembly formed by the self-assembly of the molecule A _ 3A _ 4 had some helical properties. However, a series of isomers B _ 1H _ 2B _ 2H _ 3B _ 4 synthesized based on triphenyl have different composition in bulk state. B3 molecule is liquid, while B1 molecule is layered structure at room temperature, and B _ 2N _ B _ 4 is self-assembled into inclined columnar structure in bulk state.
