幾種表面增強拉曼散射活性基底的比較研究

【摘要】:表面增強拉曼光譜(SERS)能夠反應分子振動的特異信息,并且具有極高的靈敏度,可以到達單分子的檢測水平。在表征材料的性質(zhì)、反映分子結(jié)構(gòu)以及研究界面性質(zhì)等多個領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。SERS基底的研究對SERS效應有著十分重要的意義,本文選用三種不同的SERS基底從以下三個方面展開研究,具體工作如下:1.利用經(jīng)典Lee Meisel的方法合成銀溶膠,并且用紫外吸收光譜表征整個銀溶膠的形成過程,在成核階段控制反應溫度,進而調(diào)控合成銀納米粒子的等離子共振吸收,并且探究銀納米粒子粒徑與SERS效應的關(guān)系和最低檢測濃度。2.利用大尺寸的TiO_2納米晶分別組裝成TiO_2-4-MBA和TiO_2-4-MBA-Ag體系,探究在大尺寸范圍內(nèi),探究SERS效應與TiO_2粒徑的關(guān)系以及不同組裝體系和不同激發(fā)線條件下的SERS效應差異,從而探究其增強機制和產(chǎn)生差異的原因。3.合成PbS納米晶,分別以4-MBA、Mpy和PATP為探針分子,探究PbS納米晶的SERS效應。并且通過不同探針分子構(gòu)造Ag-探針分子-PbS三明治結(jié)構(gòu),通過比較不同探針分子體系SERS效應的差異來探究PbS的SERS增強機制和產(chǎn)生差異的原因。
[Abstract]:Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) can respond to the specific information of molecular vibration and has high sensitivity, which can reach the detection level of single molecule. It plays a very important role in many fields, such as characterizing the properties of materials, reflecting the molecular structure and studying the interfacial properties. The study of SERS substrates is of great significance to the SERS effect. In this paper, three different SERS bases are selected to study from the following three aspects. The specific work is as follows: 1. Silver sol was synthesized by classical Lee Meisel method, and the formation process of silver sol was characterized by UV absorption spectrum. The reaction temperature was controlled during nucleation stage, and then the plasmon resonance absorption of silver nanoparticles was regulated. The relationship between the particle size of silver nanoparticles and the SERS effect and the lowest detectable concentration of silver nanoparticles were investigated. 2. 2. The large size TiO_2 nanocrystals were assembled into TiO_2-4-MBA and TiO_2-4-MBA-Ag systems respectively. The relationship between SERS effect and TiO_2 particle size and the difference of SERS effect under different assembly systems and different excitation lines were explored in large scale range. In order to explore its enhancement mechanism and causes of differences. 3. PbS nanocrystals were synthesized and the SERS effect of PbS nanocrystals was investigated by using 4-MBA Mpy and PATP as probe molecules respectively. The structure of Ag- probe molecule and PbS sandwich were constructed by different probe molecules, and the mechanism of SERS enhancement of PbS and the cause of the difference were discussed by comparing the difference of SERS effect in different probe molecular system.
