貞芪扶正顆粒的HPLC指紋圖譜研究

【摘要】:目的:建立貞芪扶正顆粒的高效液相色譜(HPLC)指紋圖譜。方法:采用高效液相色譜-蒸發(fā)光散射檢測法(HPLCELSD)。色譜柱為Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18),流動相為乙腈-水(梯度洗脫),流速為1.0 mL/min,柱溫為40℃,檢測器蒸發(fā)光溫度為50℃,進樣量為10μL。以特女貞苷為參照,測定7批貞芪扶正顆粒的HPLC圖譜,采用《中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評價系統(tǒng)》(2004 A)版進行共有峰指認和相似度評價。結果:7批貞芪扶正顆粒的HPLC圖譜有13個共有峰。經驗證,7批樣品HPLC圖譜中有3批樣品相似度0.9,與對照指紋圖譜具有較好一致性;4批樣品相似度0.9,與對照指紋圖譜一致性較差。結論:該研究所建指紋圖譜可為貞芪扶正顆粒的質量評價提供參考。
