【摘要】：建立了高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(LC-MS/MS)測(cè)定煙草中馬來酰肼農(nóng)藥殘留的方法。煙草樣品經(jīng)鹽酸溶液加熱回流萃取,冷卻后過膜稀釋,多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)正離子模式測(cè)定,氘代馬來酰肼同位素內(nèi)標(biāo)定量。結(jié)果表明,馬來酰肼的定量限為0.27 mg/kg,加標(biāo)回收率在90.3%~101.5%之間,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)小于5.5%;采用該方法對(duì)12個(gè)煙草樣品進(jìn)行檢測(cè),馬來酰肼在其中10個(gè)樣品中無檢出,將有檢出的2個(gè)樣品與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法的測(cè)定值進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果顯示兩組數(shù)據(jù)的一致性較好,無顯著性差異。該方法前處理簡(jiǎn)單、靈敏度高、穩(wěn)定性好,適用于煙草樣品中馬來酰肼殘留量的測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for determination of maleic hydrazide pesticide residues in tobacco was established. Tobacco samples were heated and refluxed by hydrochloric acid solution, then diluted by overfilm, monitored by positive ion mode, and quantified by deuterated maleic hydrazide isotopes. The results showed that the quantitative limit of maleic hydrazide was 0.27 mg/kg, and the recovery rate was between 90.3% and 101.5%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5.5. The method was used to detect 12 tobacco samples, and no maleic hydrazide was detected in 10 of them. The two samples were compared with the measured values of the standard method. The results showed that the two groups of data were consistent with each other, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. The method is simple, sensitive and stable. It is suitable for the determination of maleic hydrazide residues in tobacco samples.
