基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS法分析亞香棒蟲(chóng)草化學(xué)成分

【摘要】:目的采用超高效液相色譜-四級(jí)桿串聯(lián)飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜法(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)對(duì)亞香棒蟲(chóng)草提取物的主要化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行分析鑒定。方法采用Agilent SB-C18(50 mm×4.6 mm,1.8μm)色譜柱,乙腈-水(0.1%甲酸)溶液為流動(dòng)相梯度洗脫,流速0.25 m L/min,柱溫30℃;信息關(guān)聯(lián)模式(IDA)正、負(fù)離子分別采集。結(jié)果結(jié)合Peak View軟件的Formula Finder等功能、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及二級(jí)碎片裂解規(guī)律,共鑒定出26個(gè)化合物,其中有9個(gè)為蟲(chóng)草中未曾報(bào)道物質(zhì),且含2個(gè)未知化合物;其主要化學(xué)成分包括生物堿、糖苷、核苷、氨基酸等成分。結(jié)論該方法精確、可靠、高效,適用于亞香棒蟲(chóng)草成分的快速鑒定,為亞相棒蟲(chóng)草的開(kāi)發(fā)利用以及闡明其藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)提供參考。
