基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技術的廣地龍化學成分分析

【摘要】:目的建立廣地龍藥材中化學成分的超高液相色譜-質譜聯(lián)用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)分析方法。方法采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色譜柱,以0.1%甲酸水-0.1%甲酸乙腈為流動相梯度洗脫,體積流量0.3 m L/min,柱溫35℃,正負離子模式掃描。結果共鑒定出廣地龍藥材中84個化學成分,包括11種游離氨基酸、26種有機酸類、11種核苷類、5種二肽及環(huán)二肽類、21種含氮類物質和10種其他類。結論該法準確、快速、靈敏,為進一步闡明其藥效物質基礎和后期質量控制指標的選擇提供科學依據。
