基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技術(shù)的廣地龍化學(xué)成分分析

【摘要】:目的建立廣地龍藥材中化學(xué)成分的超高液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)分析方法。方法采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色譜柱,以0.1%甲酸水-0.1%甲酸乙腈為流動(dòng)相梯度洗脫,體積流量0.3 m L/min,柱溫35℃,正負(fù)離子模式掃描。結(jié)果共鑒定出廣地龍藥材中84個(gè)化學(xué)成分,包括11種游離氨基酸、26種有機(jī)酸類、11種核苷類、5種二肽及環(huán)二肽類、21種含氮類物質(zhì)和10種其他類。結(jié)論該法準(zhǔn)確、快速、靈敏,為進(jìn)一步闡明其藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和后期質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)的選擇提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
