【摘要】：目的:建立婦科千金片的指紋圖譜,并進(jìn)行多成分定量分析,為評(píng)價(jià)其質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法:采用Sunfire C_(18)色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈梯度洗脫,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)(0~12 min,326 nm;12~18 min,316 nm;18~24 min,225 nm;24~50 min,254 nm),柱溫30℃,進(jìn)樣量10μL。通過(guò)相似度評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)合聚類分析對(duì)11批次婦科千金片指紋圖譜進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:在特征圖譜研究中,共確定婦科千金片HPLC指紋圖譜14個(gè)共有峰,通過(guò)與混合對(duì)照品比較指認(rèn)其中5個(gè)指標(biāo)成分,分別是綠原酸、阿魏酸、穿心蓮內(nèi)脂、鹽酸小檗堿和脫水穿心蓮內(nèi)酯,利用相似度軟件對(duì)11批樣品指紋圖譜進(jìn)行分析,各批樣品相似度均0.90。結(jié)論:所建立的婦科千金片HPLC指紋圖譜和含量測(cè)定分析方法靈敏度高,專屬性強(qiáng),可用于婦科千金片的質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the fingerprint of gynecological Qianjin tablets and to provide basis for its quality evaluation. Methods: Sunfire C18 column (4.6 mm 脳 250 mm,5 渭 m),) was used as mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL min~ (-1). The fingerprint of 11 batches of gynecological Qianjin tablets was evaluated by similarity evaluation and cluster analysis. Results: the HPLC fingerprint of gynecological Qianjin tablets had 14 common peaks, and five of them were identified as Lv Yuan acid, ferulic acid, andrographolide by comparison with the mixed reference substance. Berberine hydrochloride and dehydrated andrographolide were used to analyze the fingerprint of 11 batches of samples. Conclusion: the established HPLC fingerprint and content determination method for gynecological Qianjin tablets have high sensitivity and specificity, and can be used for the quality control of gynecological Qianjin tablets.
