自驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)在復(fù)雜環(huán)境中的設(shè)計(jì)和介觀模擬

【摘要】:基于泳機(jī)理自驅(qū)動(dòng)的微/納馬達(dá)動(dòng)力學(xué)現(xiàn)象十分豐富,相關(guān)理論研究屬于軟凝聚態(tài)、統(tǒng)計(jì)物理和納米科技交叉學(xué)科新興的前沿領(lǐng)域.對(duì)自驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)進(jìn)行模型設(shè)計(jì)、探索馬達(dá)與復(fù)雜環(huán)境相互作用,具有潛在的應(yīng)用意義.本文首先介紹了一種高效的介觀模擬方法——多粒子碰撞動(dòng)力學(xué)基本方法,以及結(jié)合了分子動(dòng)力學(xué)和化學(xué)反應(yīng)的聯(lián)合算法;接著簡(jiǎn)要描述了馬達(dá)基于泳的自驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)理,并簡(jiǎn)單回顧了馬達(dá)數(shù)值模擬研究的相關(guān)進(jìn)展;最后概述了應(yīng)用多粒子碰撞動(dòng)力學(xué)方法對(duì)自驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)研究的結(jié)果,包括廣泛地建模與設(shè)計(jì),以及馬達(dá)與復(fù)雜活化環(huán)境相互作用動(dòng)力學(xué).
[Abstract]:The dynamics of micro / nano motors based on self-driving of swimming mechanism is very rich, and the related theoretical research belongs to the emerging frontier of soft condensed matter, statistical physics and nanotechnology. It has potential application significance to design the model of self-driving motor and explore the interaction between motor and complex environment. In this paper, an efficient mesoscopic simulation method, the basic method of multi-particle collision dynamics, and a combined algorithm combining molecular dynamics and chemical reaction are introduced, and then the self-driving mechanism of the motor based on swimming is briefly described. At last, the research results of multi-particle collision dynamics for self-actuated motors are summarized, including extensive modeling and design. And the interaction dynamics between motor and complex activation environment.
