雙三氟甲烷磺酰亞胺類離子液體對(duì)產(chǎn)紫青霉菌株全細(xì)胞催化特性的影響

【摘要】:研究了雙三氟甲烷磺酰亞胺陰離子Tf_2N~-分別與5種不同陽(yáng)離子組成的離子液體對(duì)產(chǎn)紫青霉菌(Penicillium purpurogenum Li-3)的生長(zhǎng)、代謝、細(xì)胞膜透性及全細(xì)胞催化活性的影響.結(jié)果表明,[N_(1,4,4,4)]Tf_2N對(duì)產(chǎn)紫青霉菌的生長(zhǎng)有促進(jìn)作用,[Py_(14)]Tf_2N,[Bmim]Tf_2N,[BPy]Tf_2N和[P_(6,4,4,4)]Tf_2N 4種離子液體對(duì)產(chǎn)紫青霉菌的生長(zhǎng)則均有不同程度的抑制.代謝活力保留值R的測(cè)定結(jié)果表明,[P_(6,4,4,4)]Tf_2N和[N_(1,4,4,4)]Tf_2N對(duì)產(chǎn)紫青霉菌體細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出相對(duì)較高的生物相容性;5種離子液體對(duì)菌體細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞膜透性均有改善作用.全細(xì)胞催化反應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,最優(yōu)離子液體為[P_(y14)]Tf_2N,當(dāng)其加入量為25%,反應(yīng)84 h后,單葡萄糖醛酸基甘草次酸(GAMG)產(chǎn)率高達(dá)95.38%.5種離子液體對(duì)產(chǎn)紫青霉菌的生長(zhǎng)、代謝、細(xì)胞膜透性及全細(xì)胞催化活性的影響不僅與陰離子Tf_2N~-有關(guān),陽(yáng)離子的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì)也發(fā)揮重要的作用.
[Abstract]:The effects of bisfluoromethane sulfonimide anionic Tf_2N~- and five different ionic liquids on the growth, metabolism, cell membrane permeability and whole cell catalytic activity of Penicillium purpureus (Penicillium purpurogenum Li-3 were studied. The results showed that Tf_2N promoted the growth of Penicillium purpuricilli, and [Py_ (14)] Tf_2N, [Bmim] Tf_2N, [BPy] Tf_2N and [P6O4A4] Tf_2N inhibited the growth of Purple Penicillium to varying degrees. The results showed that the growth of Penicillium purpuricilli was inhibited in different degrees by [Py_ (14)] Tf_2N, [Bmim] Tf_2N, [BPy] Tf_2N and Tf_2N. The results of the determination of retention value of metabolic activity (R) showed that [P _ (6N _ (6) C _ (4)] Tf_2N and [(N _ (1) C _ (4) ~ (4)] Tf_2N showed a relatively high biocompatibility on the cell membrane permeability of mycelial cells. The data of whole-cell catalytic reaction showed that the optimal ionic liquid was [Py14] Tf_2N,. After the reaction was 84 h, the yield of glycyrrhetinic acid monosuronic acid (GAMG) reached 95.38.5 kinds of ionic liquids to the growth and metabolism of Purple penicillium. The effects of cell membrane permeability and whole-cell catalytic activity are not only related to anionic Tf_2N~-, but also play an important role in the composition, structure and properties of cations.
