煅燒溫度對(duì)溶膠-凝膠法制備鉬酸鉍光催化性能的影響

【摘要】:以鉬酸銨、硝酸鉍為原料,采用檸檬酸絡(luò)合溶膠-凝膠法制備鉬酸鉍,研究了不同煅燒溫度對(duì)鉬酸鉍催化性能的影響。利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、透射電鏡(TEM)、X射線光電子能譜儀(XPS)以及紫外-可見漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)對(duì)制備的鉬酸鉍樣品進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌、化學(xué)價(jià)態(tài)、光吸收性能表征。結(jié)果表明:400℃煅燒時(shí),樣品中有Bi_2O_3雜質(zhì)相,當(dāng)溫度高于450℃時(shí),制備的樣品為純鉬酸鉍;且隨著煅燒溫度升高,樣品結(jié)晶度增強(qiáng),晶體粒徑逐漸增大。當(dāng)煅燒溫度為450℃時(shí),制備的鉬酸鉍樣品光催化效果最好,光照50 min,當(dāng)催化劑用量0.05 g時(shí),對(duì)RhB溶液的降解率可達(dá)75.55%。
[Abstract]:Bismuth molybdate was prepared by citric acid complex sol-gel method with ammonium molybdate and bismuth nitrate as raw materials. The effect of calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of bismuth molybdate was studied. The structure, morphology, chemical valence state and optical absorption properties of bismuth molybdate were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (SEM), (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance (UV-Vis DRS).
