【摘要】：樣品經(jīng)水、4%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))乙酸溶液、20%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))乙醇溶液、50%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))乙醇溶液等4種食品模擬物浸泡后,浸泡液用0.45μm濾膜過濾。采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色譜柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分離待測物,以乙腈-水混合液為流動相進(jìn)行梯度洗脫,采用二極管陣列檢測器分別在259,228,247nm處測定雙酚S、雙酚A和4,4′-二氯二苯砜。雙酚S、雙酚A和4,4′-二氯二苯砜的線性范圍均為0.02~5.0 mg·L~(-1),檢出限(3S/N)分別為0.01,0.02,0.01mg·L~(-1)。加標(biāo)回收率在89.6%~103%之間,測定值的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=6)在0.84%~3.2%之間。
[Abstract]:The sample was soaked in 4 kinds of food mimics, such as water 4% (volume fraction) acetic acid solution 20% (volume fraction) ethanol solution 50% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, and the soaking solution was filtered by 0.45 渭 m filter membrane. The sample was separated by Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250mm 脳 4.6 mm ~ 5 渭 m). The mixture of acetonitrile and water was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution. Bisphenol S, bisphenol A and 4H 4N 4-dichlorodiphenylsulfone were determined by diode array detector at 259228247nm. The linear range of bisphenol S, bisphenol A and 4 chloridiphenyl sulfone is 0.02n 5.0 mg L ~ (-1), and the detection limit (3S/N) is 0.01g / L ~ (-1). The recoveries were between 89.6% and 103%, and the relative standard deviation (nc6) of the determination values was between 0.84% and 3.2%.
