甲基取代的苯并咪唑構(gòu)筑的配合物合成及表征

【摘要】:配合物結(jié)構(gòu)新奇、種類繁多、性能優(yōu)良,因此在作為光學(xué),磁學(xué),生物醫(yī)藥,催化材料方面具有潛在的應(yīng)用價值。苯并咪唑環(huán)可以引入不同種類的取代基、間隔體的選擇多樣,從而成為許多實驗室構(gòu)筑配合物的首選配體。在苯并咪唑環(huán)2位引入甲基修飾后,可以增強配體的溶解性且具有優(yōu)良的生物活性,是重要的藥物中間體,具有廣泛的藥用價值;5,6-二甲基苯并咪唑是合成VB12的前驅(qū)體。因此,甲基取代的苯并咪唑類配體構(gòu)筑的配合物備受矚目。設(shè)計合成了3種2-甲基取代的雙苯并咪唑類配體和5種5,6-二甲基取代的雙苯并咪唑類配體。并在水熱條件下,用上邊合成的8種甲基取代的雙苯并咪唑類配體分別與金屬鹽、羧酸配體混配,得到了10個新型的配合物。配合物1為三重互穿的金剛石(dia)結(jié)構(gòu);配合物2,5,6,7都是(4,4)網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu),但是網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)的邊長各異,這是所用配體的柔性不同引起的;3是一維梯形鏈;4是一個(3,4)-連接的fsh構(gòu)型的三維網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu);8是3-節(jié)點的hcb拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu);9是一維螺旋鏈結(jié)構(gòu);10是雙節(jié)點的(3,5)-連接的3,5L2拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。配合物1~10都有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性和熒光性能。在類Fenton反應(yīng)體系中,配合物1~10降解剛果紅染料時,都表現(xiàn)出一定的催化活性,尤其2,7,8去除率達(dá)到90%以上。
[Abstract]:Because of their novel structure, various types and excellent properties, the complexes have potential applications as optical, magnetic, biomedical and catalytic materials. Benzimidazole ring can introduce different kinds of substituents, and the spacer can be chosen as the preferred ligand for many laboratory complexes. Methyl modification at the 2 position of benzimidazole ring can enhance the solubility of ligands and have excellent biological activity. It is an important intermediate of medicine. It is a precursor for the synthesis of VB12 with a wide range of medicinal value. Therefore, the complexes constructed by methyl substituted benzimidazole ligands have attracted much attention. Three kinds of 2-methyl-substituted bisbenzimidazole ligands and five kinds of 5-dimethyl-substituted dibenzimidazole ligands were designed and synthesized. Under hydrothermal conditions, 10 new complexes were obtained by mixing eight methyl substituted bisbenzimidazole ligands with metal salts and carboxylic acid ligands respectively. Complex 1 is a triple interpenetrating diamond (dia) structure, and complex 2, 5, 6, 7 is (4 ~ 4) mesh structure, but the side length of the grid structure is different. This is caused by the difference in the flexibility of the ligands used, which is that the one-dimensional trapezoid chain is a (3N4) -connected fsh configuration. The three-dimensional network structure (N8) is the 3-node hcb topology. The 1-D helical chain structure is one dimensional helical chain structure, and it is a two-node (3N5) -connected 3C5L2 topology. The complex 1 / 10 has good thermal stability and fluorescence properties. In the Fenton like reaction system, the complex 1 + 10 showed a certain catalytic activity when it degraded Congo red dye, especially the removal rate of 2 ~ 7 ~ (8) was over 90%.
