成核劑TMC-210對聚乳酸結晶及性能的影響

【摘要】:針對聚乳酸結晶速率慢和沖擊強度低的問題,考察了熔融共混添加成核劑TMC-210對PLLA結晶、熔融行為和力學性能的影響。研究發(fā)現,純L-聚乳酸(PLLA)在10℃/min降溫過程中不結晶,當TMC-210質量分數為0.2%時,PLLA就能顯著結晶,并且隨著TMC-210含量的增加,結晶峰移向高溫。從等溫結晶結果看,TMC-210的添加使得PLLA結晶時間縮短,結晶速率加快。另外,PLLA的成核密度增加且球晶尺寸減小,同時,TMC-210質量分數為0.2%時,PLLA的沖擊強度提高了3.3倍。因此,添加TMC-210是一種能夠促進PLLA結晶和增韌的有效成核劑。
