亞胺基吡咯酮類化合物的合成

【摘要】:建立了合成吡咯酮類化合物的新方法,該方法以1,1-烯二胺類化合物(1)和順丁烯二酸酐(2)為原料,以三乙胺為堿在1,4-二氧六環(huán)溶劑中,加熱回流,簡(jiǎn)潔、快速地合成了一系列亞胺類吡咯酮類化合物.產(chǎn)率68%~90%.該方法具有原料易得,操作簡(jiǎn)單,合成路線簡(jiǎn)潔等特點(diǎn).
[Abstract]:A new method for the synthesis of pyrrolidone compounds has been established. The method is simple and simple by heating refluxing and reflux with triethylamine (1) and maleic anhydride (2) as raw materials and triethylamine as base in 1- (4-dioxane) hexadecyclic solvent. A series of imide pyrrolidone compounds were synthesized rapidly. The yield is 68 / 90. The method is easy to obtain raw materials, simple operation and simple synthetic route.
