【摘要】：磁性水凝膠是一類同時具有磁性材料、高分子材料及水凝膠的性質特點的無機/有機復合材料。因具有優(yōu)良的磁學性能及生物相容性,其作為新一代的藥物載體可以實現磁響應、磁靶向及磁熱療等功能,在藥物控制釋放領域具有廣闊的應用前景。對磁性水凝膠的制備方法及其在藥物載體領域的研究情況進行了綜述,詳細介紹了磁性水凝膠作為藥物載體的兩種藥物釋放機理(ON/OFF模型及熱敏釋放原理),及其在磁靶向藥物控釋、磁熱療和磁共振成像方面的應用研究現狀。
[Abstract]:Magnetic hydrogels are a class of inorganic/organic composites with the properties of magnetic materials, polymer materials and hydrogels. Because of their excellent magnetic properties and biocompatibility, magnetic hydrogels can be used as a new generation of drug carriers to achieve magnetic response, magnetic targeting and magnetic hyperthermia. They have broad applications in drug controlled release. The preparation methods of magnetic hydrogels and their applications in the field of drug carriers are reviewed. Two drug release mechanisms (ON/OFF model and thermosensitive release principle) of magnetic hydrogels as drug carriers are introduced in detail. Their applications in magnetic targeting drug controlled release, magnetic hyperthermia and magnetic resonance imaging are also reviewed. Shape.
