福林-酚比色法測定葡萄烈酒中總多酚含量的研究

【摘要】:該試驗(yàn)對福林-酚比色法測定葡萄烈酒中總多酚含量的最佳條件進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,最佳檢測條件確定為反應(yīng)溫度40℃、顯色時(shí)間20 min、檢測波長736 nm。在此最佳條件下,沒食子酸質(zhì)量濃度在50~400μg/m L范圍內(nèi)與吸光度值線性關(guān)系良好(相關(guān)系數(shù)R2=0.997 4),方法重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)和精密度試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)分別為1.97%和1.17%,回收率為98.61%~103.22%,RSD值為2.34%,表明該方法重復(fù)性好、精密度和準(zhǔn)確度較高,可用于葡萄烈酒中總多酚含量的檢測。
