氧化鋯檢測器在微量氫同位素色譜分析中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對氦氣與氫同位素氣體熱導(dǎo)性差異較小的問題,以氧化鋯原電池為氣相色譜檢測器、改性γ-Al_2O_3為填充柱,在液氮溫度(77K)下系統(tǒng)研究了氧化鋯檢測器測量氫同位素的影響因素,對氦氣中微量氫同位素氣體進行了分離測試。結(jié)果表明,氧化鋯檢測器的最佳工作溫度約為700℃,在載氣流速為60mL/min條件下,儀器測量的相對標準偏差小于1%,該方法對H2的檢測下限可達15ppm,對D2的檢測下限可達40ppm,樣品檢測的相對誤差小于5%。以上結(jié)果表明,氧化鋯檢測器可用于氦氣中微量氫同位素的分析測量。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the small difference of thermal conductivity between helium gas and hydrogen isotope gas, using zirconia primary cell as gas chromatographic detector and modified 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 3 as filling column, the influence factors of zirconia detector for measuring hydrogen isotope were systematically studied at liquid nitrogen temperature (77K). The separation and measurement of trace hydrogen isotope gas in helium were carried out. The results show that the optimum operating temperature of zirconia detector is about 700 鈩,
