【摘要】：抗霉素A(Antimycin A)是一類具有大環(huán)雙內(nèi)酯結(jié)構(gòu)的天然產(chǎn)物,是典型的線粒體呼吸鏈細(xì)胞色素bc_1復(fù)合物Q_i位點(diǎn)抑制劑.鑒于該類化合物的獨(dú)特結(jié)構(gòu)與超高活性,越來(lái)越多的科研工作者對(duì)其展開(kāi)了系統(tǒng)深入的研究.本文主要總結(jié)了Antimycin A的發(fā)現(xiàn)、生物活性研究,及近年來(lái)科研工作者對(duì)其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改造所取得的成果.
[Abstract]:Anti-mycin A (Antimycin A) is a kind of natural product with macrocyclic bilactone structure, and it is a typical inhibitor of cytochrome bc_1 complex of mitochondrial respiratory chain. In view of the unique structure and ultrahigh activity of this kind of compounds, more and more researchers have carried out systematic and in-depth research on it. In this paper, the discovery of Antimycin A, the study of biological activity, and the achievements made by researchers in structural modification of Antimycin A in recent years are summarized.
