含羧基或磺酸根基團(tuán)的多足配體金屬配合物的合成、結(jié)構(gòu)表征及其性能研究
[Abstract]:Since the application of metal coordination compounds in various aspects of life, the study of the structure and properties of coordination compounds has become a hot topic in the field of inorganic chemistry. The study of metal coordination compounds also involved in various fields. In this paper, a series of polypodal ligands containing carboxyl or sulfonic groups were synthesized in different organic solvents, and self-assembled with calcium, magnesium and zinc atoms as active centers to form novel complexes. At the same time, the structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffractometer and spectrometer. On this basis, the coordination behavior, coordination characteristics, structural regularity and difference of metal ions with different ligands were studied, and their biological activities (antimicrobial, anti-tumor) and their catalytic properties were tested. Further explore its potential application value. Ten different metal coordination compounds were synthesized and their properties were tested. This paper is divided into the following parts: 1. The main ligand of N-acetyl-L-phenylalanine was synthesized. Two new zinc complexes {[Zn (L) _ 2 (4H _ 2O _ 4)] (H _ 2O)} (H _ 2O)} n (1) (Zn (L) _ 2-acetyl-L-phenylalanine) and [Zn (L) _ 2 (phen) (H _ 2O)] n (2) (Lnacetyl-L-phenylalanine) were used as auxiliary ligands, respectively. The structure of the two complexes was tested by elemental analyzer. In addition, the biological activity of two new complexes was tested in detail, and the complexes {[CdL_2 (H2O)] (H2O) 3} n (LN- nicotinyl glycine), [MnL (H2O)] n (4) (LN- nicotinyl glycine), [{ZnL (H2O) 2} H2O] n (5) (LN- nicotinyl glycine) were synthesized by the synthesis of the complexes {[CdL_2 (H2O)] (H2O) (H2O) 3} n (LN- nicotinyl glycine), [{ZnL (H2O) 2} H2O] n (5) (LN- nicotinyl glycine), and [ZnL (H2O) 2} H2O] n (5) (LN- nicotinyl glycine). The three new complexes were characterized by infrared spectrometer and elemental analyzer. In this paper, the similarities and differences of three compounds were analyzed, and the coordination compound [CuL (bipy) (H2O] 5] n (6) (Ln 4phenylene diacetic acid) was synthesized with 1h4phenylene diacetic acid as the main ligands, [CuL (bipy) (H2O] 5] n (Ln 4- phenylenediacetic acid), and was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffractometer and infrared spectrometer. Its structure was characterized by elemental analyzer, and its catalytic three-component coupling reaction was tested in detail. Complex 6 has high catalytic activity for this reaction. A new calcium coordination compound {[CaL (H2O) 4] (H2O) 4} n (7) (Ln 4- formyl) n (7) (Ln 4- formylformyl) n (7) was synthesized with sodium 4-furanoyl hydrazide (2-furoic acid) 4-formylhydrazide as ligand, and the coordination compound {[CaL (H2O) 4] (H2O) 4} n (Ln 4- formyl) was synthesized by using complex 6 as the ligand of this reaction. The coordination compound {[CaL (H2O) 4] (H2O) 4} n (Ln 4- formyl) was synthesized. [CaL (H2O) 5] n (8) (L4 formyl-1-3-benzenesulfonate sodium nicotinyl hydrazide); a new coordination compound of magnesium with 4-amino-3-methyl benzenesulfonic acid [mg (hs) 2O 6] L 2 (9) (Ln (H2O) 5] n (8); sodium 2- toluenesulfonate 2-furanyl acid A new calcium coordination compound {[CaL_2 (H _ S _ 2O) _ 2 2H_2O]} _ n (10) (sodium Ln _ 2-toluenesulfonate _ 2-furoic acid hydrazide) with hydrazine as ligand was used by X-ray diffraction. Its structure was characterized by infrared spectrometer and elemental analyzer.
