聚異腈—聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物和星型聚合物的合成以及手性識別

【摘要】:本文設(shè)計(jì)合成了一種新型的炔鈀配合物。這類鈀配合物能夠引發(fā)含苯異腈單體“活性/可控”聚合,并且得到的聚苯異腈具有可控的分子量和較窄的分子量分布。在Cu(Ⅰ)催化的條件下,炔基修飾的聚異腈和甲氧基聚乙二醇疊氮化物通過炔和疊氮的環(huán)加成(CuAAC) “click”的方法合成一類新型的螺旋-無規(guī)二嵌段共聚物聚異腈-b-聚乙二醇(PPI-b-PEG)。這類異腈聚合物與聚氧乙烯二疊氮化物發(fā)生(CuAAC) “click”反應(yīng),合成螺旋-無規(guī)-螺旋的三嵌段共聚物,聚異腈-b-聚乙二醇-b-聚異腈(PPI-b-PEG-b-PPI)。當(dāng)在偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)中引入具有光學(xué)活性的L-/D-薄荷醇異腈時(shí),便很容易得到帶手性的二嵌段(PPI-b-PEG)以及三嵌段(PPI-b-PEG-b-PPI)共聚物,而且由于聚異腈鏈段存在單手螺旋構(gòu)象,使合成的嵌段共聚物具有科頓效應(yīng)。另外,還設(shè)計(jì)合成了一種端基帶有兩個(gè)炔基的鈀配合物,這種鈀配合物同樣可以誘導(dǎo)含苯異腈單體進(jìn)行“活性/可控”聚合,得到可控的分子量和較窄的分子量分布。該螺旋聚合物與疊氮化聚乙二醇通過(CuAAC) “click”方法合成一個(gè)螺旋-(無規(guī))2星型嵌段共聚物(PPI-(PEG)2),并且該聚合物含有兩個(gè)無規(guī)的聚乙二醇鏈段和一個(gè)螺旋的聚異腈鏈段。對聚合物性能的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)含有疏水聚異腈鏈段和親水聚乙二醇鏈段的兩親性嵌段聚合物和星型聚合物在水中可以自組裝成良好的球形納米粒子。更有趣的是,這些超分子結(jié)構(gòu)對手性客體(被丹磺酰氯修飾的L-/D-苯丙氨酸對映體,L-/D-Phe-DNSP)表現(xiàn)出較好對映體選擇性。
