聚合物在受限層空間中的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)演變及相關性能研究進展

【摘要】:自然界中的層狀有序結(jié)構(gòu)如強韌的貝殼、樹木等,往往帶來優(yōu)異的性能或特殊的功能。作為仿生材料學在高分子加工成型技術中的應用,聚合物微納層共擠出技術是通過特殊的流道設計對聚合物熔體進行多次強制分割疊加,來制備高性能交替多層聚合物材料的新方法。層倍增器單元對熔體的多重力場作用,為多相多組分體系形態(tài)的原位調(diào)控提供了可能。而通過兩相交替層狀排布形成的受限層空間和豐富的層界面不僅賦予了材料獨特的力學、光電、阻隔等性能,還為聚合物結(jié)晶調(diào)控提供了理想的研究模型。本文簡要綜述了近年來在層倍增過程中聚合物的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)演變及其對相關性能影響方面的研究進展。
[Abstract]:Layered ordered structures in nature, such as tough shells, trees and so on, often bring excellent performance or special functions. As an application of biomimetic materials in polymer processing and forming technology, polymer micro-nano layer co-extrusion technology is used to divide polymer melt several times through special flow channel design. To prepare high performance alternating multilayer polymer materials. The effect of layer multiplier unit on the multi-gravity field of the melt provides the possibility for the in situ regulation of the morphology of the multiphase multicomponent system. The limited layer space and rich layer interface formed by two-phase alternating layer-arrangement not only endow the material with unique mechanical, photoelectric and barrier properties, but also provide an ideal research model for the regulation of polymer crystallization. In this paper, the recent progress in the evolution of polymer morphology and its influence on the properties of polymer in the process of layer multiplication is briefly reviewed.
