離子束彈性背散射光譜分析經(jīng)離子注入改性的玻璃填充紅寶石(英文)

【摘要】:寶石業(yè)是泰國(guó)的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,但大多數(shù)寶石并不完美且?guī)в腥毕?常采用玻璃填充的方法來(lái)處理。但該方法填充的寶石含有有毒重金屬,因此急需開(kāi)發(fā)新的寶石改性技術(shù)。離子束是近來(lái)發(fā)展起來(lái)的新技術(shù),可以用來(lái)處理玻璃填充的寶石并可以去除其含有的有毒金屬。文中采用泰國(guó)本地的玻璃填充紅寶石樣品先經(jīng)80 kV加速的氮離子束注入至1017 ions/cm~2劑量,然后分別在泰國(guó)清邁和中國(guó)武漢用2 Me V和1.7 Me V的質(zhì)子束做彈性背散射光譜分析。研究了離子束處理前后,玻璃填充寶石的金屬雜質(zhì)、含量及其分布。兩地的分析結(jié)果互相印證、共同揭示了寶石中主要的有毒金屬是鉛,鉛的濃度經(jīng)離子束處理后約為0.15%,比離子束處理前降低了20倍,且鉛在寶石中的分布是均勻的。結(jié)果表明:離子束是一種有效的處理玻璃填充寶石的方法。
[Abstract]:The gemstone industry is one of Thailand's most important industries, but most gemstones are imperfect and defective, and are often treated with glass-filled methods. However, the precious stones filled with this method contain toxic heavy metals, so it is urgent to develop a new gem modification technology. Ion beam is a new technology that can be used to treat glass-filled gemstones and remove toxic metals. In this paper, the native glass filled ruby samples in Thailand were first implanted with 80 kV accelerated nitrogen ion beam to 1017 ions/cm~2 dose, and then analyzed by elastic backscattering spectroscopy with 2 MeV and 1.7 me V proton beams in Chiang Mai, Thailand and Wuhan, China, respectively. The metal impurity, content and distribution of gems filled with glass before and after ion beam treatment were studied. The results show that the main toxic metal in precious stones is lead. The concentration of lead is about 0.15 after ion beam treatment, which is 20 times lower than that before ion beam treatment, and the distribution of lead in precious stones is uniform. The results show that ion beam is an effective method for treating glass-filled gemstones.
