【摘要】：為了分離測(cè)定飲料中8種陰離子和添加劑,試驗(yàn)采用離子色譜法,色譜柱為Dionex Ion Pac AS19(4 mm×250 mm),流動(dòng)相為24 mmol/L KOH溶液,流速為1.0 m L/min,抑制器電流為60 m A,柱溫為30℃,壓力為1 682 Psi,一次進(jìn)樣,10 min內(nèi)達(dá)到完全基線分離。結(jié)果表明:本研究建立的檢測(cè)方法具有快速、簡(jiǎn)便、靈敏的特點(diǎn),可滿足實(shí)際工作需要。
