基于芘修飾樹枝形聚合物的水相溫敏熒光傳感體系

【摘要】:設計合成了外圍芘修飾的質子化二代聚酰胺-胺樹枝形聚合物G2 PAMAM-PyH.~1H NMR和紫外可見吸收光譜表征確定芘基團的上載率為100%.吸收光譜、動態(tài)光散射(DLS)和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)研究結果表明,G2 PAMAMPy H在水中形成平均粒徑為184 nm雙分子膜囊泡結構.水相中G2 PAMAM-Py H囊泡體系呈現(xiàn)芘單體和激基締合物的雙熒光發(fā)射,1~70℃范圍內(nèi),隨溫度升高芘單體熒光逐漸增強,而芘激基締合物發(fā)光單調(diào)減弱,熒光顏色由綠變藍,芘激基締合物與芘單體發(fā)光比(I_(495 nm)/I_(398 nm))隨溫度變化具有良好的可重復性,符合公式I_(495 nm)/I_(398 nm)=28.23-0.68t+3.21×10~(-3)t~2+1.83×10~(-5)t~3,可用于水相體系內(nèi)部溫度梯度的表征,在1~70℃范圍溫度測量靈敏度高于0.9℃.本工作為溫度熒光探針傳感體系的構筑提供了一種新方法.
