雞蛋膜對水中銅離子的吸附作用

【摘要】:探究雞蛋膜吸附劑對水中Cu~(2+)的吸附效果,利用二乙氨基二硫代甲酸鈉萃取光度法測定溶液中的Cu~(2+)濃度,研究吸附劑粒徑,pH,吸附劑用量,吸附溫度和吸附時間與Cu~(2+)吸附量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)吸附體系pH值為5,過60目篩雞蛋膜吸附劑用量為15 g·L~(-1)時,吸附劑對水中Cu~(2+)達(dá)到最優(yōu)吸附效果,吸附量為6.4 mg·g-1;其它共存離子(Pb~(2+),Cd~(2+),Zn~(2+))對Cu~(2+)的吸附影響較小。對等溫吸附過程進(jìn)行測定和模型擬合,發(fā)現(xiàn)Langmuir方程擬合效果好,判斷雞蛋膜對水中Cu~(2+)的吸附作用屬于單分子層吸附。對吸附過程進(jìn)行動力學(xué)模型擬合,發(fā)現(xiàn)Lagergren準(zhǔn)二級動力學(xué)模型可以很好地描述雞蛋膜對Cu~(2+)的吸附動力學(xué)行為。本研究結(jié)果可以為雞蛋膜在生物傳感器和吸附劑方面的應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:The adsorption effect of egg membrane adsorbent on Cu ~ (2) in water was investigated. The concentration of Cu ~ (2) in solution was determined by extraction spectrophotometry with sodium diethylaminodithiocarbamate, and the particle size of adsorbent, pH value and the amount of adsorbent were studied. The relationship between adsorption temperature, adsorption time and Cu2 adsorption capacity. The results showed that when the pH value of adsorption system was 5 and the amount of adsorbent of egg membrane was 15 g / L ~ (-1), the adsorption of Cu ~ (2) in water was optimized, the adsorption capacity was 6.4 mg 路g ~ (-1), and the effect of other co-existing ions (Pb ~ (2) ~ (2) CD ~ (2) ~ (2) Zn ~ (2) on the adsorption of Cu ~ (2) was less than that of other co-existing ions (Pb ~ (2) ~ (2) ~ (2) CD ~ (2) Zn ~ (2). The isothermal adsorption process was measured and the model fitting was carried out. It was found that the Langmuir equation fitted well, and the adsorption of Cu2 to water by egg membrane was determined to be monolayer adsorption. The kinetic model fitting the adsorption process shows that the Lagergren quasi-second-order kinetic model can well describe the adsorption kinetics of Cu2 on egg membrane. The results can provide reference for the application of egg membrane in biosensor and adsorbent.
