無水甲基磺酸鋁的合成及其催化性能

【摘要】:以氫氧化鋁和甲烷磺酸(MS-H)為原料,用水熱法合成了六水合甲基磺酸鋁([Al(H_2O)_6][MS]_3),將其在265℃焙燒5 h得到無水甲基磺酸鋁[Al_2(OH)(MS)_5]。通過元素分析和紅外光譜分析確定了二者的結(jié)構(gòu)組成。熱重分析和固體核磁27Al MAS NMR分析表明,六水合甲基磺酸鋁在265~365℃熱分解過程中發(fā)生部分水解,生成的羥基結(jié)構(gòu)在兩個金屬鋁原子中間形成橋連。以室溫下催化正丁醇的四氫吡喃化反應(yīng)為探針,考察了Al_2(OH)(MS)_5的催化性能,并測定其重復(fù)使用性。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)n(正丁醇)∶n(3,4-二氫吡喃)=1.0∶1.1(正丁醇15 mmol)、催化劑用量為3.34%(以正丁醇物質(zhì)的量計)、二氯甲烷為10 mL、反應(yīng)溫度為25℃、反應(yīng)時間為45 min時,反應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)化率可達(dá)到100%。重復(fù)使用5次后,轉(zhuǎn)化率仍可達(dá)90%。通過與其他鋁鹽催化劑相比,Al_2(OH)(MS)_5催化活性最高。對其吸水和催化機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,表明Al_2(OH)(MS)_5的Al~(3+)與DHP和醇形成配位過渡態(tài)是催化反應(yīng)進(jìn)行的關(guān)鍵。
