【摘要】：目的建立獨活水煎劑和配方顆粒的HPLC指紋圖譜,并對其相關性進行研究。方法分析采用華譜Unitary C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.05%磷酸為流動相,梯度洗脫;體積流量1 m L/min;柱溫30℃;檢測波長322 nm;蒸發(fā)光檢測器溫度105℃;空氣體積流量2.0 L/min;采集時間95 min。結果 10批獨活配方顆粒HPLC指紋圖譜中的11個共有峰均可見于水煎劑,相似度均大于0.98,其中峰11為蛇床子素。結論獨活水煎劑和配方顆粒的主要化學成分基本相同,可為后者代替前者應用于臨床提供依據。
