【摘要】：目的建立獨(dú)活水煎劑和配方顆粒的HPLC指紋圖譜,并對(duì)其相關(guān)性進(jìn)行研究。方法分析采用華譜Unitary C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.05%磷酸為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫;體積流量1 m L/min;柱溫30℃;檢測(cè)波長322 nm;蒸發(fā)光檢測(cè)器溫度105℃;空氣體積流量2.0 L/min;采集時(shí)間95 min。結(jié)果 10批獨(dú)活配方顆粒HPLC指紋圖譜中的11個(gè)共有峰均可見于水煎劑,相似度均大于0.98,其中峰11為蛇床子素。結(jié)論獨(dú)活水煎劑和配方顆粒的主要化學(xué)成分基本相同,可為后者代替前者應(yīng)用于臨床提供依據(jù)。
