一種新型雙彈簧、雙活塞本構(gòu)模型在聚合物黏彈性質(zhì)描述中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:推導(dǎo)了雙彈簧、雙活塞黏彈性力學(xué)模型的本構(gòu)方程.在CETR UMT-2型試驗機及LKDM-2000輪廓摩擦磨損儀上考察了尼龍PA66、聚四氟乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲醛和聚醚型聚氨酯等材料的靜態(tài)蠕變特性、松弛特性.分別利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線性固體模型和新型本構(gòu)模型對實驗材料的蠕變、松弛特性進(jìn)行了表征.實驗事實及理論計算結(jié)果表明,相對于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線性固體模型而言,該力學(xué)模型能更好地反映聚合物材料的蠕變、松弛等黏彈性質(zhì).
[Abstract]:The constitutive equations of viscoelastic model of double spring and double piston are derived. The static creep and relaxation properties of nylon PA66, polytetrafluoroethylene, polymethyl methacrylate, polyformaldehyde and polyether polyurethane were investigated on CETR UMT-2 tester and LKDM-2000 profile friction and wear tester. The creep and relaxation properties of experimental materials were characterized by standard linear solid model and new constitutive model, respectively. The experimental results and theoretical results show that the mechanical model can better reflect the viscoelastic properties of polymer materials, such as creep and relaxation, compared with the standard linear solid model.
