【摘要】：目的:建立HPLC法測定黃芪健骨膠囊中阿魏酸的含量。方法:色譜柱為DIKMA Diamonsil C18柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶82)為流動相,檢測波長為324 nm,流速為1.0 m L/min,柱溫為40℃,進(jìn)樣量為20μL。結(jié)果:阿魏酸在0.244~1.464μg范圍內(nèi)濃度與峰面積呈良好線性關(guān)系,r=0.9997(n=6),平均加樣回收率為98.98%,RSD=0.94%(n=6)。結(jié)論:該方法簡便、靈敏、準(zhǔn)確,可用于黃芪健骨膠囊中阿魏酸的含量測定。
