【摘要】:以2'-羥基查爾酮衍生物為原料,在低溫條件下,以四氫呋喃為溶劑,在H_2O_2/(C_2H_5)_2NH體系中,高收率地實(shí)現(xiàn)一系列二氫黃酮醇類衍生物的合成.考查了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)溶劑、堿添加劑的種類和比例以及氧化劑的種類和比例對該反應(yīng)的影響,確定了最優(yōu)反應(yīng)條件.此合成方法具有操作簡單、條件溫和及后處理方便等特點(diǎn).此外,所合成產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)核磁共振譜表征確證.
[Abstract]:A series of dihydroflavonol derivatives were synthesized in high yield in the H _ 2O _ 2 / (C _ 2H _ 5) _ 2NH system by using 2-hydroxy-chalcone derivatives as raw materials and tetrahydrofuran as solvent at low temperature. The effects of reaction temperature, solvent, type and proportion of alkali additive and oxidant on the reaction were investigated, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The synthetic method is characterized by simple operation, mild conditions and convenient post-processing. In addition, the structure of the synthesized product was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
