熱解析低溫等離子體電離源用于糯高粱中農(nóng)藥殘留的快速篩查

【摘要】:本研究設(shè)計(jì)并搭建了一套熱解析低溫等離子體電離源(TD-LTP),與質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用實(shí)現(xiàn)了糯高粱中農(nóng)藥殘留的快速和高靈敏檢測(cè)。TD-LTP由熱解析裝置和低溫等離子體放電源兩部分組成,農(nóng)藥殘留樣品首先在熱解析進(jìn)樣器內(nèi)汽化,再由載氣載帶進(jìn)入等離子體區(qū)域被電離。熱解析進(jìn)樣器使LTP產(chǎn)生的氣相等離子體與樣品之間的氣-固或氣-液相互作用轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闅?氣相互作用,大大提高了難揮發(fā)樣品(如農(nóng)藥)的電離效率;電離源與質(zhì)譜進(jìn)樣口之間采用同軸連接,提高了離子的利用率和傳輸效率。與傳統(tǒng)的LTP電離源相比,TD-LTP電離源的靈敏度提高了8倍以上,穩(wěn)定性提高了4倍。本研究對(duì)熱解析低溫等離子體電離源的各參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并與自制的矩形離子阱質(zhì)譜相結(jié)合,研究了12種農(nóng)藥在該電離源下的特征離子。最后,將此電離源與商品化的三重四極桿質(zhì)譜儀聯(lián)用,對(duì)糯高粱樣品中的12種農(nóng)藥殘留進(jìn)行了快速篩查,結(jié)果表明,本方法靈敏度高,可以滿足食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的谷物中農(nóng)藥殘留最大限量檢測(cè)要求。
[Abstract]:In this study, a set of thermoanalytic low-temperature plasma ionization source (TD-LTP) was designed and constructed. The rapid and highly sensitive detection of pesticide residues in waxy sorghum was realized by means of mass spectrometry. TD-LTP was composed of a thermal analysis device and a low-temperature plasma discharge power source. The pesticide residue samples were vaporized in the thermal desorption sampler and then ionized into the plasma region by the carrier band. The gas-solid or gas-liquid interaction between the sample and the vapor plasma produced by the LTP is transformed into gas-gas interaction by the thermal desorption sampler, which greatly improves the ionization efficiency of the difficult volatile sample (such as pesticide). Coaxial connection between ionization source and mass spectrometer injector improves ion utilization and transport efficiency. Compared with the conventional LTP ionization source, the sensitivity of TD-LTP ionization source is increased by more than 8 times, and the stability is increased by 4 times. In this paper, the parameters of the thermal analytical low temperature plasma ionization source are optimized, and the characteristic ions of 12 pesticides under the ionization source are studied by combining with the self-made rectangular ion trap mass spectrometry. Finally, the 12 pesticide residues in waxy sorghum samples were quickly screened by using this ionization source and commercial triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. The results showed that the method was highly sensitive. It can meet the requirement of maximum detection limit of pesticide residue in cereals stipulated by the national standard of food safety.
