基于文丘里管的水力空化降解殼聚糖的研究

【摘要】:本文應(yīng)用一種新的方法——文丘里管空化法來降解殼聚糖。研究了殼聚糖溶液濃度、p H、反應(yīng)溫度、壓力、空化時(shí)間等因素對(duì)基于文丘里管空化的殼聚糖降解過程的影響,以殼聚糖的特性粘度下降率來衡量殼聚糖的降解程度,并分別對(duì)殼聚糖原料及其降解產(chǎn)物使用FT-IR、XRD進(jìn)行表征比較分析。結(jié)果表明:在溶液濃度為3 g/L的條件下,最佳的降解條件為p H4.4,溫度60℃,入口壓力0.4 MPa,空化時(shí)間120 min,粘度下降率達(dá)49%。說明基于文丘里管的水力空化法可有效降解殼聚糖。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new method, Venturi tube cavitation, was used to degrade chitosan. The effects of concentration of chitosan solution, reaction temperature, pressure and cavitation time on the degradation of chitosan based on Venturi tube cavitation were studied. The degradation degree of chitosan was measured by the drop rate of intrinsic viscosity of chitosan. The raw materials and degradation products of chitosan were characterized by FT-IRO XRD.
