【摘要】:建立了QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS法快速同時(shí)檢測(cè)番茄中噻蟲嗪及其代謝產(chǎn)物(噻蟲胺)、螺蟲乙酯及其4種代謝產(chǎn)物(BYI08330-enol-glucoside、BYI08330-mono-hydroxy、BYI08330-enol和BYI08330-ketohydroxy)殘留的分析方法。樣品經(jīng)乙腈提取,NaCl和無(wú)水Mg SO4除水后,經(jīng)N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和C18粉末凈化,用超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(UPLC-MS/MS)分析,采用多反應(yīng)離子監(jiān)測(cè)模式(MRM)檢測(cè),基質(zhì)匹配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液外標(biāo)法定量。7種目標(biāo)物質(zhì)在0.2~2 000μg/L質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)均具有良好的線性關(guān)系(r2≥0.999 2),在0.002、0.02、0.20、2.00 mg/kg加標(biāo)水平下的平均回收率為79.9%~104%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為0.94%~6.4%,方法定量下限(LOQ)為0.002 mg/kg。該方法快速簡(jiǎn)便、靈敏度高、重現(xiàn)性好,能滿足番茄中噻蟲嗪、噻蟲胺和螺蟲乙酯及其代謝產(chǎn)物殘留的快速檢測(cè)和確證要求。
[Abstract]:A QuEChERS-UPLC-MS / MS method was established for the rapid and simultaneous determination of thiamethoxin and its metabolites (thiamamine), ethyl spirochthyl and its four metabolites (BYI08330-mono-hydroxypyridol and BYI08330-ketohydroxy) in tomato.
