【摘要】：以三聚氯氰、嗎啡啉和乙二胺為原料,通過分子設(shè)計采用一鍋法合成新型三嗪類大分子成炭劑(CFA-m),采用紅外光譜、固體核磁共振、元素分析和熱分析等對合成大分子成炭劑的結(jié)構(gòu)和熱性能進(jìn)行表征。將CFA-m與次磷酸鋁(AHP)復(fù)配,用于阻燃聚乳酸(PLA),研究了CFA-m/AHP復(fù)配阻燃劑對PLA阻燃性能、熱穩(wěn)定性能和熱釋放性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,CFA-m/AHP對聚乳酸有良好的阻燃作用。當(dāng)CFA-m/AHP的質(zhì)量比為3∶1,總添加量為20%時,阻燃PLA的極限氧指數(shù)(LOI)達(dá)到32%,通過UL94 V-0級。
[Abstract]:A new type of triazine macromolecular carbonizing agent (CFA-m) was synthesized by one-pot method using cyanuric chloride, morphine and ethylenediamine as raw materials. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) and solid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) were used to prepare CFA-m. The structure and thermal properties of the synthesized macromolecular carbonizing agents were characterized by elemental analysis and thermal analysis. CFA-m was mixed with aluminium hypophosphate (AHP) for flame retardant polylactic acid (PLA). The effects of CFA-m / AHP composite flame retardant on the flame retardancy, thermal stability and thermal release properties of PLA were studied. The results showed that CFA-m / AHP had a good flame retardant effect on polylactic acid. When the mass ratio of CFA-m / AHP is 3: 1 and the total addition amount is 20, the limiting oxygen index (loi) of the flame-retardant PLA reaches 32 and passes through UL94 V-0.
