【摘要】：以二乙炔基苯、雙(二甲氨基)二甲基硅烷為原料,乙腈為溶劑,通過(guò)氯化鋅催化實(shí)現(xiàn)單步硅烷化合成含硅芳炔樹(shù)脂。研究結(jié)果表明,乙腈做溶劑,二乙炔基苯與雙(二甲氨基)二甲基硅烷投料比為9∶8(摩爾比),ZnCl_2相對(duì)于炔過(guò)量0.65倍,回流反應(yīng)11h效果最佳,收率高達(dá)90%以上;制備的含硅芳炔樹(shù)脂在室溫下呈流動(dòng)狀態(tài),加工性能良好,加工溫度為40~180℃,加工窗口為140℃;固化后的含硅芳炔樹(shù)脂,在N_2氣氛下熱分解5%時(shí)的溫度(T_(d5))為587℃。
[Abstract]:The arylene resin containing silicon was synthesized by single step silane reaction with diacetylbenzene, bis (dimethylamino) dimethylsilane as raw material, acetonitrile as solvent and zinc chloride as catalyst. The results showed that when acetonitrile was used as solvent, the molar ratio of diacetylbenzene to bis (dimethylamino) dimethylsilane was 9:8 (molar ratio) 0.65 times than that of excess of acetylene, and the reflux reaction was the best for 11 h, and the yield was over 90%. The arylene resin containing silicon is in a flowing state at room temperature, and its processing property is good. The processing temperature is 40 ~ 180 鈩，
