多離子識(shí)別熒光探針的合成及機(jī)理

【摘要】:以席夫堿官能團(tuán)為連接臂、香豆素和羅丹明為發(fā)色基團(tuán),合成了一種熒光探針L,用1HNMR、13CNMR及HRMS對(duì)探針的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,并對(duì)其識(shí)別Ca2+、Cd2+和Al3+的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了考察。結(jié)果表明:L在乙醇體系中對(duì)Ca2+、Cd2+和Al3+可選擇性識(shí)別,并且對(duì)于其他金屬離子具有一定的抗干擾能力。L及配合物[L+金屬離子]在pH=7~12內(nèi)有明顯的熒光增強(qiáng)。HRMS和Job's曲線結(jié)果表明:L可分別與Ca2+、Cd2+和Al3+形成物質(zhì)的量比為1∶1、2∶1和2∶1的配合物。
[Abstract]:Using Schiff base functional group as the connecting arm and coumarin and rhodamine as chromogenic group, a fluorescent probe L was synthesized. The structure of the probe was characterized by 1HNMR-13CNMR and HRMS, and the mechanism of recognition of Ca2 + CD2 and Al3 was investigated. The results show that the Ca 2 + CD 2 and Al3 can be selectively recognized by 1% L in ethanol system. For other metal ions, the anti-interference ability. L and the complexes [L metal ions] have obvious fluorescence enhancement. HRMS and Jobs curves in pH = 7 ~ (12). The results show that the ratio of the formed substances to Ca ~ (2 +) ~ (2) CD _ (2) and Al3 is 1: 1: 1: 1, respectively. Complexes of 1: 2: 1 and 2:1.
