改性USY分子篩催化愈創(chuàng)木酚乙酰化反應及動力學研究

【摘要】:以愈創(chuàng)木酚和乙酸酐為原料,在催化劑存在的條件下合成乙酰愈創(chuàng)木酚。以USY分子篩作為母體,用磷酸氫二銨改性USY分子篩,并通過實驗優(yōu)化出磷酸氫二銨改性USY分子篩的條件為:磷酸氫二銨濃度為0.132 g·m L~(-1),固液比為9:10,焙燒溫度550℃,時間12 h。經(jīng)正交試驗優(yōu)化出愈創(chuàng)木酚乙酰化的工藝條件為:n愈創(chuàng)木酚:n_((Ac)_2O)=1:1.4,催化劑質量為愈創(chuàng)木酚質量的10%,反應時間2 h,反應溫度90℃。乙酰愈創(chuàng)木酚得率為89.85%。通過反應物濃度與時間之間的關系得出反應級數(shù)n=2。由不同溫度下的反應速率常數(shù),結合Arrhenius方程求得該反應的活化能Ea=34.182k J·mol~(-1),指前因子A=24469 L·(mol·min)~(-1)。
[Abstract]:Acetylguaiacol was synthesized from guaiacol and acetic anhydride in the presence of catalyst. USY molecular sieve was modified with diammonium hydrogen phosphate with USY molecular sieve as parent material.
