【摘要】:有機氟化合物獨特的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)在染料、聚合物、農(nóng)用化學(xué)品、藥品和功能材料等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。引入全氟基團能夠增強分子的結(jié)合選擇性,提高親油性,或改善代謝穩(wěn)定性。過去全氟化一般使用過渡金屬催化劑,比如Pd和Cu。可見光催化全氟化是一種新穎的合成方式,而且是一種溫和的,高效率,寬范圍的新穎合成方法,由于其環(huán)境友好,操作簡便,易獲得等諸多的優(yōu)點,受到人們越來越多的關(guān)注。另外含氮有機化合物具有獨特的生物活性,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)及日常生活占有重要的地位。本文通過光催化將全氟碘烴基和三氟甲基引入含氮化合物(腙)中,進行了腙的全氟烷基化反應(yīng)研究。主要內(nèi)容包括以下兩個部分:1、對可見光誘導(dǎo)全氟烷基化反應(yīng)背景及發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行了介紹,并闡述了本文的研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點。2、研究了以全氟碘代烷烴為全氟烷基化試劑,篩選了可見光催化的反應(yīng)最優(yōu)條件,對多種類型的腙進行全氟烷基化,并對全氟烷基化產(chǎn)物的立體構(gòu)型,反應(yīng)機理進行了研究,對反應(yīng)機理的研究表明該反應(yīng)是光誘導(dǎo)的自由基型反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The unique physical and chemical properties of organic fluorides are widely used in the fields of dyes, polymers, agricultural chemicals, pharmaceuticals and functional materials. Introduction of perfluoro groups can enhance molecular binding selectivity, improve lipophilicity, or improve metabolic stability. In the past, transition metal catalysts such as PD and Cu were used in perfluorination. Visible photocatalytic perfluorination is a novel synthesis method, and it is a mild, high efficiency, wide range of novel synthesis method, because of its environmental friendly, easy to operate, easy to obtain and many other advantages. Get more and more attention. In addition, nitrogen-containing organic compounds have unique biological activity and play an important role in industrial production and daily life. In this paper, perfluoroalkylation of Hydrazone with perfluoroiodoalkyl and trifluoromethyl was studied by photocatalysis. The main contents include the following two parts: 1. The background and development of the visible light-induced perfluoroalkylation reaction are introduced. The research contents and innovations of this paper are described, and the perfluoroiodinated alkanes as perfluoroalkylation reagents are studied. The optimum reaction conditions for visible light catalysis were screened, and the perfluoroalkylation of various types of Hydrazone was carried out, and the stereoscopic configuration and reaction mechanism of perfluoroalkylation products were studied. The study of reaction mechanism shows that the reaction is a radical type reaction induced by light.
