基于偏振探測(cè)的CARS非共振背景抑制與分離

【摘要】:為消除非共振背景干擾,提高相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射測(cè)量精度,研究了基于偏振探測(cè)的相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射非共振背景抑制與分離.首先,從理論上證明了相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射信號(hào)強(qiáng)度只取決于三階非線性極化率共振部分,而與非共振部分無(wú)關(guān),并且三階極化率共振部分與非共振部分偏振方向不一致,為偏振相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射提供了理論支撐;然后,以平面火焰爐溫度場(chǎng)為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)了偏振相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射探測(cè)系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案,并與熱電偶、常規(guī)相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射兩種方法在相同條件下開(kāi)展了溫度測(cè)量對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn).實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:常規(guī)相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射方法的測(cè)量相對(duì)誤差優(yōu)于7%,測(cè)量相對(duì)不確定度優(yōu)于7%;偏振相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射方法的測(cè)量相對(duì)誤差優(yōu)于4%,測(cè)量相對(duì)不確定度優(yōu)于5%;相同工況條件下與常規(guī)相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射相比,偏振相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射最接近均值的擬合光譜更加平滑.偏振相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射具有更小的擬合誤差,是一種更為有效的相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射診斷方法.
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate non-resonant background interference and improve the measurement accuracy of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering, the non-resonance background suppression and separation of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering based on polarization detection are studied. Firstly, it is proved theoretically that the intensity of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering signal depends only on the third order nonlinear polarizability resonance, but is independent of the non-resonance part, and the third order polarizability resonance part is not consistent with the non-resonant part polarization direction. It provides a theoretical support for polarization coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering. Then, taking the temperature field of plane flame furnace as the research object, the scheme of polarization coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering detection system is designed and compared with the thermocouple. The conventional coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering method is used to compare the temperature measurements under the same conditions. The experimental results show that the relative error of the conventional coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering method is better than that of the conventional anti-Stokes Raman scattering method, and the relative error of the conventional anti-Stokes Raman scattering method is better than that of the conventional anti-Stokes Raman scattering method. The relative uncertainty is better than 5. Compared with the conventional coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering under the same operating conditions, The fitting spectra of polarization coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering are smoother. Polarization coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering has smaller fitting error and is a more effective diagnostic method for coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering.
