【摘要】：通過TLC和HPLC法對(duì)黃花列當(dāng)中主要化學(xué)成分麥角甾苷進(jìn)行定性鑒別和含量測(cè)定的研究,結(jié)果證實(shí)列當(dāng)中含麥角甾苷且麥角甾苷在0.0625~2.000μg范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(R2=0.9999),平均加樣回收率為95.65%,RSD為1.15%.經(jīng)過方法學(xué)論證,TLC和HPLC專屬性強(qiáng),含量測(cè)定方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確,重現(xiàn)性好,適用于黃花列當(dāng)中麥角甾苷含量的測(cè)定.
[Abstract]:The qualitative identification and content determination of ergosteroside, the main chemical component, were studied by TLC and HPLC. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between ergosteroside and peak area in the range of 0.06250.000 渭 g. The average recovery was 95.65% and RSD was 1.15%. The method proved that TLC and HPLC were specific, the determination method was simple, accurate and reproducible, which was suitable for the determination of ergosteroside in Huanghua Rhizoma.
