錫粉促進(jìn)“一鍋法”合成芳基三氟甲基取代高烯丙基酰肼類化合物

【摘要】:在三氟化硼乙醚(BF_3·OEt_2)促進(jìn)下,以芳基三氟甲基酮、酰肼、烯丙基溴和錫粉為原料,"一鍋法"合成了一系列含三氟甲基的高烯丙基酰肼類化合物.該方法具有收率高、適用范圍廣以及反應(yīng)操作簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn).合成的三氟甲基高烯丙基酰肼類化合物是一類有效的三氟甲基合成砌塊,可方便地轉(zhuǎn)化為各類三氟甲基取代的含氮化合物.
[Abstract]:A series of high allyl hydrazides containing trifluoromethyl were synthesized by one-pot method with aryl trifluoromethyl ketone, acyl hydrazide, allyl bromide and tin powder as raw materials. The method has the advantages of high yield, wide range of application and simple operation. The synthesized trifluoromethyl hyperallyl hydrazides are a kind of effective trifluoromethyl synthetic block which can be easily converted into various trifluoromethyl substituted nitrogenous compounds.
