金屬有機(jī)骨架MIL-101的合成、改性及在催化反應(yīng)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:MIL-101除了具備其他金屬-有機(jī)骨架MOFs材料的孔隙率和比表面積高、微孔尺寸可調(diào)和結(jié)構(gòu)易功能化等特點(diǎn)外,與大多數(shù)MOFs材料不同,MIL-101的水熱穩(wěn)定性高,使其在催化領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。詳細(xì)介紹了MIL-101的合成方法研究進(jìn)展情況及合成過(guò)程的影響因素,綜述了負(fù)載活性組分、原位合成和后修飾改性等改性MIL-101材料近年來(lái)在催化領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的最新進(jìn)展。最后指出水熱合成法存在工藝繁雜、有機(jī)廢液多、收率較低等問(wèn)題,干膠轉(zhuǎn)化法以其特有的優(yōu)勢(shì)為MIL-101的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供了可能;MIL-101作為催化劑本身酸性位較弱、化學(xué)活性中心單一,提高M(jìn)IL-101的酸強(qiáng)度、嵌入具有催化性能的有機(jī)配體等改性設(shè)計(jì)是拓展其在催化領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In addition to the high porosity and specific surface area of other metal-organic framework MOFs materials, MIL-101 has high hydrothermal stability in contrast to most MOFs. It has been widely used in the field of catalysis. The research progress in the synthesis of MIL-101 and the influencing factors of the synthesis process were introduced in detail. The latest progress in the application of MIL-101 modified MIL-101 materials in the field of catalysis was reviewed in recent years, such as loading active components, in-situ synthesis and post-modification. Finally, it is pointed out that the hydrothermal synthesis method has many problems, such as complicated process, more organic waste liquid, low yield and so on. The dry rubber conversion method has its unique advantage, which provides the possibility that MIL-101 as catalyst itself is weak in acid potential for the industrial production of MIL-101. The modification of MIL-101 with single chemical active center, increasing the acid strength and embedding organic ligands with catalytic properties is the development trend of its application in the field of catalysis.
