青錢柳石油醚提取物的GC-MS分析

【摘要】:研究青錢柳石油醚提取物的化學(xué)成分。青錢柳葉用石油醚冷浸提取,濃縮旋干后用正己烷溶解,通過(guò)氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)聯(lián)用法測(cè)定其化學(xué)成分,質(zhì)譜圖與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)譜庫(kù)進(jìn)行比對(duì)分析,確定各化合物,并用峰面積歸一化法計(jì)算各類物質(zhì)的相對(duì)含量。結(jié)果表明,青錢柳石油醚部位化學(xué)成分主要由脂肪類、芳香類、類芳香、生物堿、甾體、萜類化合物組成,其中棕櫚酸、葉綠醇、亞麻酸、1-十九烯、β-谷甾醇5種物質(zhì)的含量相對(duì)較多,分別為17.15%、10.23%、27.24%、9.21%、12.11%。研究表明,青錢柳葉作為茶葉飲用對(duì)人體有很好的保健作用,特別是在治療"三高癥"方面有顯著的效果。
[Abstract]:The chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract from Salix chinensis were studied. The leaves of Salix wilfordii were extracted by petroleum ether, dried and dissolved with n-hexane. The chemical constituents were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (chromatography-mass spectrometrymetric GC-MS) method. The chemical constituents were determined by comparison and analysis between the mass spectrogram and the standard spectrum library. The relative content of various substances was calculated by the method of peak area normalization. The results showed that the chemical constituents of the petroleum ethers were mainly composed of aliphatic, aromatic, alkaloid, steroidal and terpene compounds, including palmitic acid, phlorophyllol, etc. The contents of linolenic acid 1-nordene and 尾 -sitosterol are relatively high, which are 17.1510. 23 and 27.249.21 and 12.11 respectively. The results showed that the leaf of Salix wilfordii had a good effect on health care, especially in the treatment of "three high symptoms".
