石油烴污染紫色土的可見(jiàn)-近紅外光譜特征及其含量估算研究(英文)

【摘要】:高光譜遙感技術(shù)是一種有效的監(jiān)測(cè)石油類污染手段,目前主要應(yīng)用于海上溢油方面,而關(guān)于土壤石油烴污染的研究較少。針對(duì)土壤石油烴污染研究不足的現(xiàn)狀,選取柴油、汽油和機(jī)油三種石油烴,開展了石油烴污染紫色土的光譜特征實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,分析了紫色土在不同種類石油烴污染及不同污染濃度條件下的光譜特征,提取了含有不同種類石油烴的紫色土光譜吸收特征波段。在此基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過(guò)7種光譜變換和相關(guān)性分析,篩選出與石油烴含量最敏感的光譜變量,分別采用單變量回歸法和多元逐步線性回歸法建立了估算模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。研究表明:含有柴油、機(jī)油和汽油的光譜在1 200,1 700和2 300nm附近均出現(xiàn)了吸收特征,光譜吸收深度表現(xiàn)為:機(jī)油汽油柴油;多元逐步線性回歸法優(yōu)于單變量回歸法,其建立的柴油、機(jī)油和汽油的估算模型決定系數(shù)均大于0.95,校正均方根誤差小于0.47,驗(yàn)證均方根誤差小于0.56,估算精度較高。
[Abstract]:Hyperspectral remote sensing is an effective method for monitoring petroleum pollution, which is mainly used in offshore oil spill, but there is little research on soil petroleum hydrocarbon pollution. In view of the current situation of petroleum hydrocarbon pollution in soil, the spectral characteristics of purple soil polluted by petroleum hydrocarbon were studied by selecting three kinds of petroleum hydrocarbons, diesel oil, gasoline and oil. The spectral characteristics of purple soil under different kinds of petroleum hydrocarbon pollution and different pollution concentrations were analyzed. The spectral absorption bands of purple soil containing different petroleum hydrocarbons were extracted. On this basis, through seven spectral transformations and correlation analysis, the most sensitive spectral variables to petroleum hydrocarbon content were selected. The estimation models were established by single variable regression method and multivariate stepwise linear regression method, and the model was verified. The results showed that the absorption characteristics of the spectra containing diesel oil, oil and gasoline were found in the vicinity of 1 700 and 2 300nm. The absorption depth of the spectrum was shown as follows: diesel oil, multivariate stepwise linear regression method was superior to single variable regression method. The determination coefficients of the models for diesel, oil and gasoline are all greater than 0.95, the corrected RMS error is less than 0.47, the RMS error is less than 0.56, and the estimation accuracy is high.
